It started with a mold spot. Which Noah from Roofing Wise took as seriously as we were hoping a contractor would. Then that turned into “Did you know there’s no insulation in your roof? And also the noises that you thought were raccoons on your roof are actually generations of rats IN YOUR CEILING?” Needless to say it turned into a big and incredibly necessary job. And Noah took care of ALL of it. PLUS added solar panels when it was all done. (Turn a negative into a positive? Why not!) And he was extraordinarily communicative and responsive. We’d highly recommend leaving your important roofing/rodent/insulation and even solar work to Noah and his team, so you can relax and know that you’re getting the best quality of workmanship and professionalism. ~ megan f
